Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43330 of 2021.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2021.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
