Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Lab Technician in T.S. College, Hisua on 16.08.1978, he was regularly working in the college, the college was paying his pay. He submits that the matter was considered by the Justice S.B. Sinha Commission and considering the fact that matter is pending at the level of University. Justice S.B. Sinha Commission issued a direction to the University vide order dated 13.05.2016 that the University shall take final decision on the claim of the petitioner (Claim Petition No. 393 of 2013). Sinha Commission dated 13.05.2016 the respondent University has no taken any decision. Considering the aforesaid fact, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University to take final decision, if not already taken in the light of order of S. B. Sinha Commission dated 13.05.2016 within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Any delay on the part of University will be viewed seriously.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
