It has been brought to our notice that the area which has been mentioned in Annexure-5 to this writ petition have been encroached upon by the private persons either permanently or temporarily and the Nagar Parishad has decided

Patna High Court CWJC No.19840 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 for removal of the same, but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has not been carried out and the encroachment which was there earlier is continue in the same manner. Let the District Magistrate, Rohtas, chalk out a plan for removal of the encroachment and give direction to the Circle Officer, Dehri, Rohtas, who in turn, after giving notice to the persons, who are the encroachers either permanently or temporarily, be removed from the area mentioned in Annexure-5 to this writ petition. All the exercise must be completed by the respondent authorities within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the action report would be submitted for perusal of this Court. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
