For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ghanshyam Tiwary For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ajay Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Earlier, after some argument, bail application of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 17.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 5778 of 2017 and now petitioner seeks bail by filing this application. He is named in FIR and para-3 of the petition shows that he is an accused in 11 other cases and allegation is of demand of extortion.
Heard learned APP also.
In the said circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
