The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed seeking the kind indulgence of their Lordships to quash the order dated 19.01.2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-6, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 181 of (arising out of Mahammadpur P.S. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that since the trial is not proceeding, the learned Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.

It is needless to state that the learned Trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from today. 5.
The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
