Patna High Court CWJC No.3004 of 2018(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/3 heard analogous with C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016 in which a composite order was passed on 27.02.2019. The petitioners, therefore are also entitled to the benefits which have been accorded to the writ petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016 and other cases which were decided analogous with that case. The petitioners, therefore are directed to file a representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna, annexing a copy of this order as well as the order dated 27.02.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016 and other analogous cases, within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall verify the facts and if it is found that the case of the petitioners is similar to the case of such employees about which reference has been made earlier, the petitioners also shall be accorded the same benefit by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
