2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 21(b), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the basis of written report of the informant Sikandar Kumar, Sub Inspector, SSB Post, Ital Basti, two persons arrested in suspected condition by the informant and other by police officials and after search of the petitioner, 37 grams of Narcotic substance like M.D.A. was recovered from the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29969 of 2025

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62727 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 vide order dated 15.05.2025 and there is no any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
