2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue appropriate writ(s), order(s) and/or direction;

(ii) for commanding the respondents to remove encroachment by them over portion of at plot nos. 1360, 1361 situated in village-Ata Nagar, P.S.-Isuapur, DistrictSaran which is the land ancestral Raiyati

(iii) for commanding the respondents not to interfere in peaceful use and enjoyment of western half portion of R.S. Plot no. 1360 & 1361 measuring 9 Katha 21⁄2 dhurs situated in village Ata Nagar, P.S.-Isuapur, DistrictSaran; (iv) grant any other relief deem fit and proper.
