2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 82 of 2025 arising out of Aurai P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) (b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 1.903 Kg of Ganja from the petitioners.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 4.5.2025 and they claim to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive Special Court-II, NDPS, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with NDPS Case No. 82 of 2025 arising out of Aurai P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioners.

8. As the petitioners claim to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioners. If the petitioners are found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioners shall not be accepted.
