9.00 lakhs to make it "pucca" and which has been closed / encroached by one Suresh Choudhary, illegally claiming it to be a part of his own property."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances and in case appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Patna shall consider the same, in accordance with law and take appropriate action by taking recourse to the due process of law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
