The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.04.2019, seeks bail in Sarai P.S. Case No.44 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(a-b), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial.
