2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 28.06.2022 at about 11:30 P.M., when the informant was sleeping in his house, all the accused persons came there and started assaulting him and his family members by means of lathi and danda and accused person, namely Ramchandra Mukhia gave farsa blow on his both legs, due to which, he sustained cut injury on his both legs and when the informant's son Debu Mukhia came to rescue him, he was also assaulted by sharp

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are the persons of clean antecedents. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M,-V, Supaul in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
