Though the petitioner has moved for payment of his retiral dues but after some time, learned counsel submitted that in terms of a departmental proceeding pending, he may be at least paid the dues as per the order of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Arvind Kumar Singh vs. State of Bihar reported as 2018(2) PLJR 933.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, especially State

Patna High Court CWJC No.17391 of 2016 dt.27-07-2018 2/2 does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the authorities to ensure payment of retrial dues to the petitioner in terms of the order of the Full Bench in Arvind Kumar Singh (supra).
