JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2024 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 22.5.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6625 of 2023, to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of SDJM, Sadar, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complain Case No. C1-60/2020, for being admitted to the privilege of provisional bail, be extended by a further period of four weeks from today. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of communication gap, the time, granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Ld. Trial Court and seek provisional bail, has stood expired, hence, a sympathetic view be taken and the petitioner be granted further four weeks' time for the said purpose.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant further four weeks' time to the petitioner from today to surrender before the learned Court of SDJM, Sadar, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complain Case No. C1-60/2020, so that he may be admitted to the privilege of provisional bail. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 22.5.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6625 of 2023, however, the rest of the order shall remain as it is.
