2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.156 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 427, 435 and 504 of the IPC and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

3. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of one Karu Yadav @ Pramod Yadav surfaced in course of investigation. He was arrested by police and the said Karu Yadav disclosed the name of this petitioner and other accused. The said Karu Yadav @ Pramod Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.38866 of 2017 on 01.09.2017. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing and so he also deserves bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the prayer is allowed and the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.156 of 2017.
