The petitioners seek regular bail in Dumariaghat P.S. Case No.130 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 382, 386, 387, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners along with several co - accused is of snatching money of sales men.

No.42887 of 2017 (2) dt.18-09-2017 2/3 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and all the injuries are found simple as is evident from Annexure-2 series. They are in custody for two months having no criminal antecedent except one more case.
Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer on the ground that they are named in the F.I.R. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1st , Motihari, East Champaran, in P.S. Case No. of 2017 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (2) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. (3) The
