2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members with Dab with an intention to kill him.

4. This is a second bail attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 25601 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64836 of 2025(5) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025 having clean antecedent. He further submits that one of the co-accused has already been granted bail by the Trial Court only vide order dated 14.05.2024 passed in BP No. 620 of 2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 11.08.2025, it appears that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025 having clean antecedent. Moreover, considering the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 14.05.2024 passed in BP No. 620 of 2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023.
