2. Though time had been repeatedly taken by learned counsel for the respondents to file counter affidavit but the same has not been done. However, on 17.11.2017, the Court had recorded that counsel for the Union of India has inputs that all settlements has been made and final settlement is required to be made by the L.I.C. and not by the O.N.G.C.
3. There being no counter affidavit on record to controvert such stand and further that L.I.C. has not been made
