2 The writ petition has been filed claiming arrears and current payment of pension in terms of the second revised pension payment order dated 13.08.2018 issued by the Senior Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.15864 of 2015 dt.14-05-2018 2/2 Financial Manger, NF Railway, Katihar.

3 Counsel for the respondent-Bank has filed his counter affidavit. The Bank has issued a letter dated 19.02.2015 wherein the basic pension of the petitioner has been revised to Rs 8,841/- from 01.08.2009 and arrears for the period 01.01.2006 to 31.07.2009 has also been credited in the account of the petitioner on 29.09.2008 and 18.09.2009. The petitioner is claiming the benefits with effect from 01.08.2004 since he has retired on 31.07.2004. No order has been produced showing that there is any decision of the Railways authorizing grant of the second revised pension with effect from 01.08.2004.

4 In view of such position, the petitioner's claim seems to have been redressed under the order dated 19.02.2015 brought on record by the Bank. No order need be passed in the instant writ petition.

5 The writ petition is disposed of.
