The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017 under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim alleged that Raja Kumar, son of the petitioners, kidnapped his daughter and brought her to sell. When the informant went to the house of the petitioners, the petitioners are alleged to have abused the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim has been recovered and she gave her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized married with Raja Kumar, the son of the petitioners, in the Court. The victim did not make any allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the parents of Raja Kumar. Raja Kumar has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts, aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be

No.43423 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Gaya, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
