The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019 in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and co-accused Manish Kumar Singh has already been granted bail vide order dated 09.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42216 of 2019. Moreover, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and
