The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Makhdumpur P.S. case No. 175 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The informant, Block Supply Officer, Makhdumpur alleged that a joint enquiry team was constituted which inspected the shop of the petitioner but the shop of petitioner was found closed. The consumers of the shop alleged that petitioner used to sale the food-grains and kerosene oil to the consumers at higher price.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material to substantiate the allegation of the consumers.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar Mishra, learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. case No. 175 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
