2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.09.2014 passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sheikhpura in Bhumi Dispute Case No. 31 of 2014-15.

3. Mr. Bipin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in possession of land in question, however learned counsel for private respondents submits that private respondents are in possession of land in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3292 of 2015(5) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 question.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is dispute between the parties with respect to possession of the property.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach before the competent Court for redressal of their grievance, in accordance with law.

6. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

7. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.
