Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 441, 323, 379, 506 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, while the informant was sitting in his office and discharging his duties, this petitioner entered into his office and started abusing and assaulting him and snatched away some cash and a golden chain from informant's possession.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner denies the prosecution case. He submits that the petitioner and informant are agnates and due to petty feud this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner. Petitioner

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in Piri Bazar P. S. Case No. 132 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
