2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding and directing the state respondent no.3 to dispose off restoration application filed on 05.02.2025 for recalling the order dated 10.07.2024 whereby and whereunder the state respondent no.3 has been pleased to terminate the Mutation Revision No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15506 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 284/2017 on account of non-prosecution of the concerned parties and as such the order dated 22.07.2017 passed by the Deputy Collector Lands Reforms, at Katihar, District- Katihar in Mutation Appeal Case no. 57/2015-16 has been affirmed without going into the merits of the case.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that the concerned respondent shall be taking up the restoration application and pass a necessary order.
4. On that premise, the writ petition is disposed of and it is expected that the application preferred by the petitioner on 05.02.2025 shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
