2. Learned counsel for the State and respondent no. 10 have assisted the Court.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for quashing the order passed by Respondent no. 8 the Member District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, East Champaran dated 29.09.2014

Patna High Court CWJC No.2419 of 2015 dt.28-08-2018 2/2 passed in Case No. 785/2011 in which the prayer for quashing of illegal appointment of respondent no. 10 as primary teacher and in her place petitioner's appointment was rejected."

4. In view of there being State Appellate Authority before which the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority can be tested and also taking into account the fact that nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the application, the same stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 29.09.2014 passed in Case No. 785 of 2011, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran. If the same is done within one month from today, the State Appellate Authority shall decide the matter on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
