JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The only issue for recognition of union in the name and style of All India Passport Staff Association is under consideration, during the pendency of this application, the Union Government, vide letter no.V.IV/851/1/2018 dated 6th June 2018, has recognised the said union for a period of five years.

In such view of the matter, this application has become infructuous, accordingly the same is dismissed, as infructuous.
