Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 15(1) (a) (iii-a) read with section 16/17 of UA(P) Act were also added.

Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Uday Kumar, Santu Kumar and others have already been granted privilege of bail by this court as well as by other Benches of this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
