2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Uday Sahani, who was apprehended on spot. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67311 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 570 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
