2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of IPC read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. At the very outset, the learned APP for the State, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, has submitted that the processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued, as such, the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

4. In view of aforesaid submission, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed, in the light of recent decision in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66398 of 2023(3) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 case of Prem Shankar Prasad vs. The State of Bihar and Another (2021 SCC online SC 955).
