2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner in conspiracy with coaccused has committed misappropriation and cheating with the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that due to technical fault in the system of computer, this occurrence took place, as such, there is no role to commit such mistake or occurrence. He submits that the petitioner is ready to return the amount of Rs. 8,24,650/- after removal of freezing status of his account. He further submits

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The learned court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner after verifying the fact that the petitioner has returned the said amount.
