The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Husband of the victim is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the husband and other relations of the husband of demand of dowry and torture soon before death.

Considering the facts aforesaid as well as grant of bail to the father-in-law of the victim by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58941 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.81 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
