2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109(1), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of nephew of the informant with farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Case and counter case. Injury, allegedly, caused by this petitioner is simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

S. Case No. 413 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
