The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P. S. Case No. 131 of 2019 dated 14.06.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 27(b)(ii) and 28 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The SSB team is stated to have apprehended the petitioner with prohibited medicines. The possession of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58357 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 medicines make out a case under Sections 27(b)(ii) and 28 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and also sections 21 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Regard being had to the nature of recovery from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.
