Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-8 of POSCO Act.

Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by this court, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 to the satisfaction of A.D.J.- Ist Gaya.
