The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks direction to the Circle Officer, Surajgarha, District Lakhisarai to dispose of the mutation case of the petitioner which was remanded by the DCLR, Lakhisarai to the Circle Officer after setting aside the order dated 31.07.2012 in Mutation Appeal No.11/12-13 on 21.09.2013 but since then the Circle Officer is sitting over the matter and even the number of mutation case is not registered after remand.
Learned counsel for the State did not dispute the facts. Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.18246 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Surajgarha to register the mutation case in view of the order dated 21.09.2013, passed in Mutation Appeal No.11/12-13 and dispose of the mutation case of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
