2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(a) for a direction to the Respondent No. 4, the Circle Officer, Punpun District - Patna, to cancel the illegal Jamabandi No. 18 opened in the name of Ravindra Singh (Respondent 5 herein) and to maintain Jamabandi No. 41 in respect of the land in question in favour of the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 05.01.2024 passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16060 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/3 in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 44/2022-23 by Respondent No. 3 The Additional Collector Patna.

(b) for a direction to the Respondent No.

4 to comply the Order dated 05.01.2024 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 44/2022-23 by Respondent No. 3 The Additional Collector Patna, by which illegal Jamabandi No. 18 opened in the Name of Respondent No. 5 has been cancelled and confirmed the Jamabandi No. 41 already running in the name of the petitioner.

(c) And for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled in accordance with law in the premises of the facts."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Punpun, Patna alongwith all the orders that have been passed in his favour.

4. Learned State counsel submits that in case the same is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion after putting each and every person concerned with the land on notice/hearing them.

5. It is unfortunate that for such matters, the litigant has to approach the Patna High Court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Punpun, Patna in next four weeks and if such petition with all the relevant documents is/are filed, after putting all the concerned respondents/parties on notice and hearing them at length, he/she is duty bound to pass an appropriate order preferably by 30.06.2026.
