ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks modification of order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.52979 of 2015. It is submitted that due to inadvertence petitioner could not bring on record one more antecedent for which he has expressed regret. He further submits that as due to aforesaid reason the time fixed for surrendering in the court below has also lapsed, the same may be extended.

Considering the reason assigned in the modification application, time fixed for surrendering in the present case be extended by further period of four weeks from today. It is also made clear that since the petitioner has brought on record the other antecedent and that he has fairly submitted that he has one more

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29886 of 2016 (2) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 criminal apart from the one stated earlier, the condition imposed vide the order dated 11.12.2015 is modified, and shall be deemed that the words 'no criminal antecedent' stand deleted. Modification application stands disposed of.
