====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard Sri Bakshi S.R.P. Sinha, learned senior counsel , assisted by Sri Mrigendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner with one another co- accused Rohit Kumar was rejected on 19.04.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 17936 of 2017 . In this case, by order dated 10.11.2017 a report from the court below regarding the stage of the case was called for, which has been received and kept at flag "R". The report contained in letter no. 538 dated 16.11.2017 under the signature of A.D.J. -I, Gaya indicates that out of four charge- sheet witnesses , three witnesses have already been examined and evidence is continuing. Considering

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48995 of 2017(3) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 the facts and circumstances, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

The prayer for bail again stands rejected with observation that the learned trial judge may take appropriate step so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay. (Rakesh Kumar, J) praful/- U T
