The petitioner seeks regular bail in S.Tr.No.343/17 arising out of Manjhaulia P.S. Case No.459 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 302 of the I.P.C.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to this petition with direction to the trial court to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the mean time, co-accused has been granted bail vide Annexures- 3 and 3/1 to this petition. As such, he has file the present bail petition.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that as earlier the prayer for bail has already been rejected on merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time and at the same time S.P., Bettiah, is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses.
