.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner happens to be the Excecutive Director of the concerned company and altogether 22 cases were lodged against him by the customers of the concerned company. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in some of the cases petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court as well as some other courts.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad Town P. S. Case no. 80 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case no. 25 of 2011.
