JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 In view of the nature of relief sought for, in the present writ application based on the kind of pleadings made therein, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra to consider the petitioner's case and if it is found that the petitioner's case is distinguishable from the decision of this Court in case of Rajeev Ranjan and others Vs. Jai Prakash University and another passed in CWJC No. 5034 of 2017 and other analogous cases dated 05.09.2017, the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra shall pass appropriate orders.
If the Registrar is of the view that the petitioner's case is
Patna High Court CWJC No.13045 of 2017(3) dt.06-11-2017 2/2 squarely covered by the said decision in case of Rajeev Ranjan and others (supra), the Registrar will have no option but to reject the petitioner's claim. The decision by the Registrar pursuant to this Court's order must be taken within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This disposes of the application.
