2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14638 of 2021 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and they had been directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of the order.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14638 of 2021 could not be e-Mailed and that is why, they could not surrender before the court concerned.

4. For the reasons disclosed in application, the modification application is allowed and the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today.

5. All the other terms and conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14638 of 2021.

6. Let the present order along with the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14638 of 2021 be sent to the concerned court through e-Mail.
