JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 1.8.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Arwal, whereby and whereunder the PDS dealership license of the petitioner bearing Licence No. 154 of 2007 has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to assail the aforesaid order dated 1.8.2019 by filing appropriate appeal before the Appellate Authority.

Accordingly, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.18894 of 2019(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 1.8.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Arwal, before the Appellate Authority and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the Appellate Authority on merits and in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
