The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 407, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the truck loaded with Palmoline oil worth Rs. 14,69,000/- was got disappeared by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-07-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. The goods along with truck has already been recovered. Neither wrongful loss nor any

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.
