2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dehri (Nagar) P.S.Case No.473 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that the petitioner was appointed to run CSC (Customer Service Centre) to promote the business of bank. In course of business, this petitioner collected an amount of Rs.2,93.520/- from 03.03.2016 to 11.03.2016 and the said amount was deposited in his account. The said amount has been deducted by the bank. It has been further submitted that not a single customer has complained against this petitioner regarding alleged cheating of misappropriation of money. The petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43714 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 in custody since 17.06.2017 having no criminal antecedent. There is also delay of six months in lodging the FIR by the Senior Branch Manager.

4. In the facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dehri in connection with Dehri (Nagar) P.S.Case No.473 of 2016.
