Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 384, 447, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on information that miscreants are trying to take possession over a land in question the informant went to pacify the matter when a mob of more than hundred people attacked the police personnel. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a

No.25372 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with K.
