2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail remedy of revision as prescribed under Rule 28 of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control &

Patna High Court CWJC No.15645 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 Appeal) Rules, 2005.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

4. In case, any revision application has been filed, the same is required to be considered in accordance with law.
