No.5050 of 2016 This application is for condonation of delay of 2 years and 284 days in filing the present Letters Patent Appeal. For the reasons mentioned in the Interlocutory application, we are satisfied that the appellant has shown sufficient cause to seek condonation of delay in filing the present Letters Patent Appeal.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the issues raised in the present Letters Patent Appeal are covered by the judgment of this court passed in Letter Patent Appeal No. 1274 of 2015 (Banking Business Facilitators Association & Ors. Vs. The Chairman, State Bank of India & Ors.) on 30.11.2016. For the reasons recorded therein, the present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed.
