2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, registered in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No. 474 of 2023.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner was involved in bootlegging.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady, is that when the police party raided the place of occurrence, she fled away, leaving behind country-made liquor. He has submitted further that nothing was recovered from her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66433 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 possession and she was not arrested on the spot. She is a lady of clean antecedent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No. 474 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
